Cancellation Policy
One night cancellation fees will apply , if cancellation is made within 96 hours from the arrival date.
In case of NO SHOW one night cancellation fees will be automatically charged .
Early Departure : If guest check out ealier than initially booked, no refunds will be granted on early departures.
GCC $ NON GCC : (01/11/08-31/10/09)
CANCELLATION SHOULD BE DONE 4 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL, ELSE FULL CHARGES APPLICABLE.
NO SHOW/ EARLY EPARTURE IS SAME AS CANCELLATION. NO NAME CHANGE IS ALLOWED.
Child Policy
Child below the age of 2 years is totally free.
Child between the age of 2 & 12 years (included) are granted free accommodation on sharing basis in parents room are free .
Child between the age of 02 & 12 years will be guaranteed 50% on buffet meals.(Except childrens menu) 50% discount on the buffet meals.
Baby cots and baby chairs are available.
